Lindsay Hill was born and raised in Dunwoody, GA. After graduating from Wesleyan High School, Lindsay attended the University of Mississippi. She holds her bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. She has been at VMS since 2010. She began her career as an assistant in the Lower Elementary Program. In 2016, she received her training in AMI Adolescent Studies and became a certified Montessori teacher. As the lead guide of the program, Lindsay is responsible for putting together a curriculum that supports the adolescents in all domains of development. Lindsay’s son is currently enrolled in the Primary program at VMS and works alongside her husband, Ethan Hill.
Ethan Hill is the Middle School science teacher as well as the Physical Education teacher for Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and the Middle School programs at Village Montessori School. He has worked in education for seven years, and has taught science and language arts to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Ethan has also served as a coach for middle school football, basketball, as well as track and field. He truly enjoys working with all the children at Village, and strives to build an enthusiasm for physical education within them. In his classes, he encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth, over a must win attitude. Ethan finds sport/exercise to be a great stress reliever, escape from frustrations, and an opportunity to strengthen one’s self no matter winning or losing. He believes in the value of arming kids with practical, lifelong health skills, which cross over subject matter and develop character.
