Follow the link above to see how you can volunteer at VMS.  We all have limited time and your availability will be respected. Please don't worry if you don't have hours to give, any amount of help is needed and appreciated! If there are not volunteers the events, etc. cannot happen.  We will reach out to folks who sign-up accordingly.  If you signed up on paper sheets at a PA meeting you do not have to sign-up again but are certainly welcome to do so.
